Jeevan began his career at 136.1 as a manager in the year 2014. Stimulated by the positive energy that permeated the environment due to the round the clock classes , he started learning
yoga at the studio itself. To deepen his knowledge further, he attended the teacher training course in Sivananda Ashram, Uttarkashi. On return, he interned at the studio for a year and now
takes classes at the beginner’s level. His classes are focussed on Sivananda, Hatha yoga, Pranayama and meditation. Being a teacher has helped him to understand the styles of yoga
better and is on his path to fulfill his ambition of becoming a full-time teacher.
