Katyayini’s retreat to the Himalayas for about four weeks of training with her intentions to just feel the nature, turned out to be a beautiful and life transforming change. On her return, a doctor had approached her to teach yoga. She was encouraged to teach yoga on noticing the doctor’s positive transformation. With over twelve years of teaching, Katyayini’s classes focus on the Sivananda style of yoga. She believes that regular practice of yoga takes care of the hormonal imbalances thus enabling a drug free life.
