Shantanu Saha

Having attended a spiritual discourse at the Bihar School of Yoga with a friend, Shantanu was inspired by the teachings of Bihar Yoga Tradition and Swami Niranjananda, his Spiritual Guru.
He then completed his one-year Yoga Diploma and two-years Masters in Yogic Science at Bihar School of Yoga in the traditional gurukul system of learning. He moved to Chennai in 2005 when
he got an opportunity to work in the Taj Group of Hotels & Resorts and as he moved jobs, he came across 136.1.

Currently, as a senior teacher in 136.1, his teachings are based on classical yoga (i.e. the traditional way of yoga), specialisation in therapeutic yoga, pranayama and meditation. He firmly
believes that Yoga is a science which can bring harmony between mind, body & emotions and can bring a lot of peace and clarity to the mind.
