Yoga leads me to be more mindful and teaches to honor my true authentic self that shows a path to self transformation.

Sofia is a strong proponent of the idea of Yoga as a lifestyle is a better way to be fit rather than gym and strenuous weight lifting. Born into a family of strong believers of Yoga’s benefits, she underwent her Teacher Training Course at 136.1 and in due course started teaching yoga at the studio itself. 

Her classes are based on Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha yoga styles where the focus is on flexibility and stamina of the body. Yoga according to her has always been realizing self through the connection with the breath.
